WPF and smooth interfaces

WPF is very powerful technology when it comes to designing cool animated interfaces.
All animations run just fine and so sweet … unless you resize the window itself.

What a disappointment.

To demonstrate it, I created an application that takes screenshots non-stop, played with resizing for a minute and selected few screenshots where crappy resizing is observed:
